TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you buy from us online these terms and conditions apply. They’re here to protect both parties and set out expectations whilst also providing some helpful information. If you have a question not answered here, drop us an email at boutique@capricouture.com
We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website including these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and our contract with you are subject to Italian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
You:
To shop with us, you need to:
- be at least 16 years old
- have a credit or debit card that we accept and that you’re authorised to use or;
- have a Paypal account registered in your name
Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you don’t, check your junk email folder, it may be in there!
Your order is accepted when payment is approved and the payment card has been debited. The contract is then based on these terms.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there are any issues with an order, we’ll get in touch.
Occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order (even if we have previously confirmed your order) e.g. if we suspect something is improper with an order. If this happens and you think we have made a mistake, just get in touch with us at boutique@capricouture.com
Prices and product descriptions
From time to time the team may price an online item incorrectly. If we discover an error for any items you have ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option to cancel.
If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled and will refund you in full.
Prices include VAT (where applicable)
Dependent on the delivery method chosen, delivery costs may be charged. Any additional charges will be clearly highlighted during the checkout process and included in the total cost.
Delivery
We endeavour to delivery as soon as possible though there may be some delays beyond our control e.g. postal/courier delays, logistics or adverse weather conditions. We will keep you updated as much as possible.
Discount Codes
We may offer discount codes for one of our promotions throughout the year which you can use to reduce the price. Remember, you need to enter the code at the checkout in order to apply the discount!
Each code will have its own terms made clear at time of issue.
If we send out a discount code and subsequently find we have made an error with that code, we reserve the right to cancel your order with full refund or offer at the correct price.
If a discount code cannot run properly due to unlawful activity or technical issues beyond our control, we can cancel, modify or suspend the code.
Your information
If your details change, remember to update My Account so we can continue to provide you with a great service.
Intellectual property, software and content
Blanche Capri Couture owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its website and its content. These rights are globally protected. All such rights are reserved.
You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content only for your personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website for commercial purposes unless you have our permission.
You’re also not allowed to use the Blanche Capri Couture’s logo or branding (or any which are of a similar colourway) without our permission.
Linking to this website
You can link to www.capricouture.com as long as it is done in a non-commercial way that is fair and legal and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.
It should not be linked in a way that suggests any form of endorsement where this does not exist.
This website must not be framed on any other site without our permission.
