Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or store credit only. You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return. All exchange items must be unworn, with their original tags and packaging. We make the dress specially for your order therefore it is not refundable, but we kindly accept swap one time with other item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at: boutique@capricouture.comYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
